Any advice on where to buy a crib and dresser for the nursery? I am reluctant to buy online where I can't see the things first (e.g., Pottery Barn). I have looked in Bellini in Wellesley which seemed very overpriced. I have heard Babies R Us is good and noticed Jordan's Furniture has a lot of things. I also would love somewhere where they put the furniture together for you since I am challenged in that department.

I looked in Bellini and Jordans and didn't notice a huge price difference. Jordans also will not assemble a crib (although they do assemble anything else you buy). Bellini charges $120 for delivery and assembly. It seems to take a long time to get the furniture - 12 weeks for some items and up to 20 for some finishes. I have also heard that Baby Furniture Warehouse in Braintree (www.babyfurniturewarehouse.com) has a good selection and has many brands in stock so you don't have to wait for the furniture to arrive.
